Book for Arbor

On your way to the auction and wine wall, don’t forget to stop by the Books for Arbor booth! Our teachers and librarians have curated a collection of books and would love your help in adding them to our library and classrooms. Purchase a title to donate and inscribe a book plate so your donation will be remembered for many years. Books are provided by the Arbor family-owned Sherwood Bookstore so you’ll also be supporting an amazing local business. The library will receive 20 percent of all Arborfest sales as credit for additional book purchases!

Book Swap

The book swap is returning! At Arborfest, Peter’s Boat will be full of books - students can leave a book and find a new favorite to take home. If you’d like to donate early to the book swap, you can bring your gently-used books to the library over the next few weeks.

Entertainment

Exciting details coming soon!

If you have more questions, want to join this team, or know a great band that would be perfect for next years Arborfest? feel free to contact Leo Herrera.

Parking

Please park at Rolling Hills Church (3550 SW Borland Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062) and take the shuttle to Arbor.

The shuttle will start at 11:30am.

If you need an accessible parking spot on campus, please let Kelly in the office know! (info@arborschool.org / 503-638-6399)

The shuttle bus begins at 11:30 a.m. and runs until 5:30 p.m.

Parking on campus is limited to those with Arborfest parking passes. Because of this, we will have two shuttles running continually between Arbor and the Rolling Hills Church. We are starting the buses a half hour earlier this year in the hopes of getting as many attendees as possible on campus before the 12:00 admission entrance opening and the 12:30 event start time. Those arriving at Arbor before 12:00 can wait in front of the Den for Admissions to open.

Dropping family members off at Arbor (potentially before returning to the church parking lot to wait for a bus) is an option for those hoping to avoid long bus lines.

Other important logistics:

There are to be no unattended children on campus before 12:30 pm. Children should remain with their parents until Arborfest officially begins at 12:30pm.

And please leave your dogs at home!
